What, you may ask, does that mean?
Well, after more than 20 years in the advertising and film industry, I like to think I do more than just facilitate all the moving parts and manage the money of a production. Lots of people can do that.
I don’t just want to produce commercials. I want to help make them better.
I’m about controlling quality, not just costs. I want to contribute to the creative product, not just the production.
Sure, I take charge, but always with a sense of humor. One creative director referred to me (lovingly, I hope) as "the enforcer, mother hen, CPA, the disciplinarian and the general, marshaling dozens into single file, but always with a smile.” And that made me smile again.
While I’m lucky enough to live in my beloved hometown of New Orleans, my production travels have taken me from California to South Africa and all points in between, while working for Dallas ad agencies The Richards Group, Rucker & Co, Tracy-Locke, DDB, TM and The Integer Group.
Some of my clients include: The Home Depot, AAA, HEB, Travelocity, Red Roof Inn, Budweiser, Miller Beer, ESPN, Pioneer, Tenet Hospitals, Nationwide Insurance, Louisiana Tourism, Comcast, Suddenlink, TXU, Borden Milk and Partnership for a Drug Free America.
Work I've produced has been recognized by Communications Arts, The One Show, The Art Director's Club of New York, The Chicago International Film Festival, the ADDYs and the AAF.
I’m a loyal friend, daughter, sister and Aunt. I’m a foodie, eternal optimist, tennis addict, and a proud Who Dat! forever.
